Test your water on a regular basis
Keep a clean filter
Never run the hot tub without the filter(s) installed.
Check equipment once a year for leaks and condition
Clean and condition the hardcover every 3 months or more
Keep the rodents out from underneath.
Test your GFCI.
If you don't have a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, have one installed.
Use a floating cover underneath the hardcover.
Stain wood skirting every 2 years.
Use a mineral defender always.
Harden soft water.
